	French country cottage at St Pierre des Landes - Fougeres - Pays de la Loire


	This charming French country cottage stands on its own in an acre of garden at the end of a small lane. La Petite Charte is situated near Fougeres on the border between Brittany and the Western Loire (in the Mayenne) close to the village of St. Pierre des Landes.

This gite is very well equipped and will accommodate 8 people in comfort.
It is very suitable for children and those wanting a peaceful environment.
Suitable for people with limited mobility as there is a double bedroom
and bathroom facilities on the ground floor .

Fully equipped kitchen / dining room.

Comfortable lounge with fireplace, music centre, books and games.

Ground floor double bedroom.

Shower / WC / Wash room - fitted with wash hand basin, toilet and a shower cubicle fitted with swing doors and a seat (suitable for people with limited mobility).

Spiral staircase to first floor.

First floor

Bedroom with bunk beds and double sofa bed.

2 bedrooms with double beds.

Outside

There are lawned areas right around the house and fruit trees in the garden.
There is a barbecue for use and a range of bicycles for guests use (please ensure any punctures etc. are repaired).
