	Vendee farmhouse with private garden and heated swimming pool.

Traditional, detached, stone built farmhouse offering a large living area, private enclosed garden with swimming pool and a summer kitchen with a large dining area.

Set in the village of Vouille Les Marais, 10 minutes from Fontenay le Comte and within easy reach of La Rochelle and all of the attractions the south Vendee.

Kitchen / dining area with cooker, fridge/freezer/ice maker and microwave. A washing machine is available.

Beautiful, comfortable lounge with three settees, English TV/DVD and a music centre.

Large double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and ensuite shower room.

Very large family bedroom with double bed and two single beds, plus ensuite shower room and separate WC.

Above the kitchen/dining area is a mezzanine floor with a double bed.

Central heating for year round lets.






	Outside Private enclosed garden with swimming pool and summer kitchen. The summer kitchen has a barbecue and a large dining area. The swimming pool is heated by solar panels and there is plenty of garden furniture including sun loungers. A full sized table tennis table and darts board are available.

Local area

The village of Vouille Les Marais is in a peaceful, rural setting yet within easy reach of all amenities and attractions.

The village has a boulangerie, restaurants, bar and village shop.

The nearest town of Fontenay Le Comte is a 10 minute drive away.

La Rochelle is 35 minutes away.

The area is excellent for walking, cycling, fishing, bird watching, boating and swimming.

Local attractions include Puy Du Fou, Mervent forest, Mervent Zoo, Ile de Re, La Rochelle aquarium, children’s adventure parks, beautiful beaches, chateaux, museums and wine tasting.

The nearest airport is La Rochelle (35 minutes) and Nantes airport is just over an hour away.

St Malo (3 hours drive), Caen (4.5 hours) and Calais (6 hours) are the main ferry ports.
