	Three luxury gites in the Ardèche with swimming pool, and jacuzzi gym.

Three independent, luxury gites at L’Elze, each having private terraces and sharing a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym.
Mas De L’Elze is situated on the edge of the Ardechois Cevennes midway between Largentiere and Valgorge, 30km south west of Aubenas in the Ardèche.

A wireless ADSL connection is available in all the gites.

La Grange

La Grange is a house on two and a half levels with the entrance at road level leading to the kitchen and dining area.

Kitchen / diner - equipped with a cooker comprising a hob with 3 gas rings and 1 electric and an oven/grill, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, food processor, dresser and dining table and 6 chairs.

The living room with a magnificent view towards the Tour de Brison has seating for six, sofa bed, two coffee tables, bookcase, CD/Radio and a fireplace.

Shower room with shower, sink and WC.

Large mezzanine with two single beds.

The two main double bedrooms are downstairs.

Luxury bathroom with a bath with shower, bidet, sink and WC.

There is washing machine in the “cave”.

Outside is a large patio with a walled flower garden, garden furniture and barbecue.

La Clede

Open plan ground floor with mezzanine providing a sleeping area.

Lounge / diner with sofa and chairs, small table, CD/Radio, dining table and chairs.

Kitchen with 4-ring hob (3 gas, 1 electric), oven/grill, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and various electrical appliances.

Shower room with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

Bedroom with double bed and two single beds.

Outside there is a sheltered, south facing private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

There is washing machine in the “cave” of La Grange.

La Magnanerie

Open plan ground floor with mezzanine providing a sleeping area.

Living area with sofa, chair, small table, CD/Radio, dining table and chairs.

Kitchen equipped with 4-ring hob (3 gas, 1 electric), oven/grill, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and various electrical appliances.

Shower room with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

Bedroom with double bed plus an optional single bed.

Outside there are two secluded areas leading off the living room with garden furniture and barbecue. A wooden terrace faces south and a stone-paved patio faces west.

There is washing machine in the “cave” of La Grange.

All houses share a large 15m x 5m swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym.

We have an organic vegetable garden, so fresh produce is always available.

In addition we provide evening meals when required.

Local area and activities

The closest town to the Mas de L’Elze is Largentiere, which dates back to medieval times, retaining its walls, gates and ancient winding cobbled streets.

On from Largentiere is Balazuc, designated as one of the most picturesque villages in France.

The Tour of Brison, dominating the countryside to the south of L’Elize, has an interesting wartime history.

The majestic gorges of the Ardèche are a short drive away.

There are many opportunities for horse riding, mountain biking, canoeing or fishing in the region.

There are many caves in the region including Aven d’Orgnac where there are often Son et Lumiere (sound and light) events.

Orange, Avignon and Nimes are within easy reach.

Airports - Nimes 1 hour 45 minutes, Montpellier 2 hours 15 minutes, Marseille 2 hours 30 minutes, Lyon 2 hours 45 minutes, Grenoble 2 hours 45 minutes.

Train - Paris to Valence (TGV) is only 2 hours 30 minutes.
