	A charming Provençal farmhouse with swimming pool set in a large and fully enclosed garden. Located in the beautiful Provence countryside, off a quiet road midway between the villages of Eyragues and Maillane just 5 minutes north of the historic village of Saint Rémy de Provence.

The garden is large and fully enclosed with many interesting trees and plants.

Table and chairs are provided for dining al-fresco.

A 10m x 5m swimming pool with many inflatables to use in the pool and sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing.


	A back gate leads into the field (which belongs to the house) beyond the garden.

Local Area

Mas du Roumias is an ideal base for exploring one of France’s most beautiful regions.

The immediate surrounding area consists mainly of agricultural smallholdings with many different orchards and beautifully neat fields growing a variety of vegetables.

The Alpilles can be seen in the distance.

The historic village of Saint Rémy de Provence - 5 minutes - is built on one of the oldest archaeological sites in Europe and has much to offer its visitors.

The Camargue and the fabulous beaches on the south coast are all within easy driving distance.
