The property is located close to the centre of La Croix Valmer and 4 minutes from the white sandy beaches of La Croix Valmer.
The small town of La Croix Valmer is situated on the coastal road D559 just 12km from St Tropez, between St Maxime and Le Lavendou.
La Croix Valmer has seven clean, naturally sandy beaches with Gigaro being the most popular.
The town is set on 200 hectares of nature reserves with beautiful walks through the woods and along the coast.

As well as cinemas, discotheques and shops, La Croix Valmer offers many activities for holiday makers. There are watersports, golf at Beauvallon, bowling, tennis, horse riding, cycling and hiking.
