Accommodation The accommodation comprises the main house and an independent studio with private access. Main House Fully fitted kitchen with electrical and microwave ovens, electrical and induction stove, cooker hood, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. Living / dining area with a sofa bed, LED TV and blue ray DVD, a selection of DVDs and seating for 10 people. Free unlimited Wi-Fi access. Three double bedrooms - two with queen-size double beds and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers. Included in the two bathrooms are shower and bath tub, bidet, three wash basins, two toilets, a washing machine, dryer, hair dryers, iron and ironing board. A baby cot is available and there is a security stair gate for children. Independent studio Queen size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and LCD TV. Breakfast set including toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

Local area The village of Les Arcs is less than thirty minutes from the St. Tropez Gulf. It is possible to follow the coastal road east from the town of Sainte Maxime to Frejus, St. Raphaël, Cannes and Antibes; and west to Port Grimaud, St.Tropez and Pampelonne beaches. The cobalt blue sea, the mega yachts and the chic “promenades” of villages that once upon a time were small fisherman ports, are all part of the typical setting of the Côte d’Azur. If you want to leave the jet set behind you, in the area of Les Arcs it is possible to walk through the vineyard and visit different local wineries to taste the local reds and rosé. Paths in the neighbouring hills and mountains offer the possibility to enjoy hikes in the maquis, fully immersed in stunning, unspoiled nature. Golf - the villa is 15 minutes from the St. Endreul Golf Course. Travelling to the north, in less than one hour, it is possible to reach the Sainte Croix lake, at the foot of the “Gorges du Verdon”. The lake, surrounded by lush vegetation offers sandy and pebble beaches and it is ideal for a nice swim in its blue waters. The “Gorges du Verdon” is the deepest European canyon, a marvel of nature, where it is possible to do kayaking, canoeing, hiking and trekking. A unique, open scenery where human presence is not felt .... In the heart of Europe. The region has a lot of towns and villages worth a visit; from Draguignan, the main town, to Chateaudouble, Cotignac, Carces, Aups, typical Provençal villages perched on mountains. The mild and sunny winter days, a hot and dry summer, for centuries have made the area a top destination not only for tourists but also for poets, painters and other artists attracted by the colours, the sensations, the light and the perfumes the privileged climate offers to the region. |
