In the lounge is a 48” flat screen, home theatre with satellite, double aspect log fire and a stairway leading up to an additional mezzanine lounge area.

Two bathrooms and two separate WCs.

The Apartment / Annex can be incorporated as part of the main house or as a separate self-contained apartment.

The property is set in one acre of private, fenced grounds with electric front gate.

The large enclosed patio surrounding the 12m x 6m pool, complete with luxury sun loungers and a shaded seating area, is perfect for relaxing in the sun by day, or partying by night.

The swimming pool pool has a children’s security gate.

There is also a lovely barbecue area and large outdoor dining table, as well as separate upstairs sun terrace.

A brand new hot tub seating 5 or 6 adults has recently been installed.

There is a petanque / boules court, a trampoline and a barbecue.

A large double garage including an extra refrigerator, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is ample parking space.

Local area

The nearest local supermarket is 1km away and Seillans for shops and restaurants is 2km.

There are two Michelin star restaurants within 2km.

Good rambling/walking is available locally and the Lac St. Cassien offering various water sports is only 15 minutes away.

The villa is situated in-between two vineyards – Val De Iris and Chateaux De Selves.

The Fours Seasons resort with golf course and spa is 25 minutes from the villa.

Skiing is at Greolieres Les Nieges ski resort – 60 minutes.

Seillans Villa is ideally situated between the mountains and the sea from where you can visit the famous resorts of the Cote D’Azur or explore inland Provence with its dramatic scenery.

Frejus is 35 minutes away, Cannes - 40 minutes and Nice airport is 45 minutes.
