	Ground floor apartment with private terrace and shared swimming pool in the magnificent Provençal Mas of La Conviviale, situated in the village of Graveson, 20 minutes south of Avignon.

Accommodation

The apartment comprises of a double bedroom, bathroom, lounge / dining area and separate kitchen.

The lounge area has a convertible sofa bed for a third/fourth person if required.

The bathroom, off the bedroom to the rear of the apartment, has a shower, wash basin and toilet.

The kitchen area has 2 fridges, microwave, a 2-ring hob and ample storage units.

From the apartment you step out onto your own private south-facing terrace.

Within the grounds you will have your own parking space as well as secure access through the electronic gates to the property.

The 15m shared pool is set in the south-west corner of the gardens and meets all recently introduced pool safety regulations (more info).

Local area

The property is less than 250m from the quiet village centre with bakery, post office, small general store and restaurants.

Every Friday morning a weekly market is held selling fresh local produce.

This area benefits from a fantastic sunshine record, low rainfall and exceptional light conditions all of which have attracted numerous famous artists over the centuries.

Avignon is 20 minutes away, Arles 20 minutes, Nimes 30 minutes, the Camargue 30 minutes and the beaches of the Mediterranean are a 40 minute drive away.
