The dining area has a dining table with seating for 8 (high chair if required). Sideboard containing a selection of indoor games and badminton racquets.

Original stone flag floor and beamed ceiling. Furnished with double sink, dishwasher, pine table and chairs, calor gas cooker, kettle, frost-free fridge freezer, combination microwave, toaster and steam iron.
Use of automatic washing machine in separate building - limit one wash per day.

Carpeted room with entrance from lounge and view out onto back garden.
Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table with light and chair.
First floor master bedroom
Double bed and two single beds, wardrobe, two chests of drawers, two bedside cabinets with lamps and bedding box with spare duvets.
The room is carpeted, has large velux window and small window to courtyard.
A cot is available if required.
Twin bedroom
Twin single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, children’s table and two chairs.
Polished wood floor with scatter rugs, velux window in roof and small window to back garden.
Bathroom
WC, sink, bath, shower cubicle, strip light with socket for shaving and hair dryer.
