Mobile Home 1 - This luxury mobile home is an Atlas Oasis, 35ft x 12ft, two bedroom model.

Large lounge equipped with satellite TV, comfortable seating units, wall lights, coffee table, net curtains, co-ordinated fabrics, underlay to carpet and domestic casement doors.

A pull-out Cosmo bed can accommodate two guests.

The kitchen features a domestic size sink, an extra width full size oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave oven and plenty of cupboards and storage space.

The bathroom has a ceramic toilet suite, washbasin with vanity unit above and cupboards below and a glass door to the spacious shower cubicle.

An added bonus for early and late holidays is the fact that the mobile home is equipped with fixed heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom and as a relief from the hot balmy summer days there is a stand-alone fan in the living room.

Outside

Situated on a middle-sized plot enclosed by large hedges, this pitch has the sun all day.

Two sun loungers with adjacent drinks tables are provided.

There is a large decked area 7m x 3m, including patio table, chairs and bottled gas barbecue.

Parking is available at the front of the home.

Mobile Home 2 - This luxury mobile home is an Atlas lodge, 35ft x 12ft, two bedroom model.

Features are as above but it benefits from air conditioning.

Outside

It is situated on a middle-sized plot, enclosed by large hedges, that has the sun all day.

Two sun loungers with adjacent drinks tables are provided and there is a patio decked area 7m x 3m, including patio table, chairs and bottled gas barbecue.

Two bikes are available for guests use. Parking is available at the front of the home.

Set in peaceful countryside on the outskirts of Les Mathes, a small village, just 3 miles from the beach at La Palmyre.

Horse racing (1 km) Hippodrome de Royan at La Palmyre (15 meetings per year).

Vineyards of the Medoc; take the ferry across the Gironde from Royan.

Visit the Martell distillery in Cognac.

Narrow-gauge railway (Le Train de Mouettes) along the Charente estuary from La Tremblade.

Casino (8km) by the beach at Vaux sur Mer.

The largest zoo in France at La Palmyre.

Daily antiques market (8km) at St Augustin sur Mer.

Fort Boyard and the Isles of Aix, Re and Oleron and, of course, La Rochelle.

Dine at sunset overlooking the Gironde at St Palais.

For experienced sailors, hire a yacht from La Palmyre marina.

The best oysters in France at Marennes (8km).
