Le Boisgontier is situated in a quiet hamlet of six houses in the Normandy countryside south of Domfront near Ceaucé.

This self catering cottage, with private garden, has all the living accommodation on the ground floor apart from the twin bedroom.

Double bedroom with king-size bed.

Twin bedroom.

Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, built in cooker and hob.

Bathroom and separate toilet.

Spacious lounge with woodburner leading into the dining area which has seating for six people.

Satellite TV.

French doors lead from the lounge into the private garden.

The cottage has gas central heating.

Local Area:

Le Boisgontier is ideally located for a wide variety of outdoor activities from canoeing to horse riding, forest walks to bike rides, golf and fishing as well as being only a short drive from the historic towns of Lassay-les-Chateaux and Domfront.

The nearest small town is Ceaucé - 3km - with banks, post office, bars, small supermarket, restaurant and several shops.

The famous spa town of Bagnoles de l’Orne is a 15 minute drive away and just beyond is La Ferté Macé which has its own lake with beach.

The town of Mayenne, less than 30 minutes drive to the south, has excellent shopping facilities.

Beaches to the north, including the D-Day landing beaches and Mont St. Michel can be reached within an hour and a half.
