Accommodation The mobile home has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a full size oven/hob in the kitchen area together with a full size fridge freezer and microwave. The lounge/dining area has an English TV. There is a shower room which is ensuite to the main bedroom but can also be accessed from the hall. Outside is a large decking area for alfresco dining and a barbecue. No smoking inside the mobile home and no pets allowed. |

The mobile home is situated in a very small cul-de-sac and backs onto a wooded area with a stream. A 50 yard walk will take you to the lake which has carp, tench and roach for any budding fishermen or relaxed picnics. There are wild ducks, swans and other wildlife around the lake. |

The site has a communal swimming pool which has recently undergone a £2m facelift. Around the pool are straw umbrellas and sun loungers. There is entertainment provided in the Site Club House during the main summer season. Opposite the swimming pool is a small restaurant / bar for snacks. There is also a shower block and washing machine facilities.
St. Arnoult is a small village with a small supermarket, golf shop, hairdressers and BMW showroom. In Touques there is a supermarket, tabac, hotel, pharmacy, post office, doctors, dentist plus two restaurants. The seaside towns of Deauville and Trouville - 3km - have vast beaches of golden soft sand as well as bars, restaurants, a casino, a marina and banks. The main ferry services are Le Havre, which is approximately 40km / 30 minute drive and Caen which is the same distance. Calais is approximately 3 hours away by car as is the Eurotunnel. By air - Skysouth now fly direct from Shoreham, Hants to Deauville, Caen and Le Havre. The Normandy Landing beaches of the Second World War are close by as are the towns of Bayeux - famous for the tapestry, and Falaise - the birth place of William the Conqueror, the first Norman king of England. |
