	Three self contained gites that can be rented individually or together set in 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens with shared swimming pool. Situated near Lauresses in a peaceful and tranquil setting whilst close to many places of local interest and sporting activities.

The three gites are fully self-contained with heating, all modern appliances and free Wifi internet access.

The gites can be rented individually or in any combination giving accommodation for 2 - 10 persons.

La Grive

A small detached two-storey house in the grounds of the manor house.

Living / dining room with English TV, DVD and CD players.

Modern fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Double / twin bedroom with en-suite shower and W.C.

Large covered terrace with gas barbecue.

Self contained ground floor apartment adjoining the manor house.

Large sitting room, with English TV, DVD and CD players.

Fully equipped kitchen / diner with cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Bathroom with shower over bath and W.C.

Private covered terrace with gas barbecue.

Self contained first floor apartment within the main manor house.

Large living / dining room with an inglenook, English TV, DVD and CD players.

Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Double bedroom and a twin / double bedroom.

Elevated private covered terrace with gas barbecue.

Grounds

Set in two and a half acres of landscaped gardens the gites enjoy a 10m x 5m swimming pool a boules pitch, table tennis and badminton.

In a separate building there is a games room with darts, table football and a fairly well-stocked library and also a utility area.

The swimming pool, boules pitch, games room and utility room are shared by all guests.

Local area

The villages of Latronquière (3km) and Maurs (12km) have good basic shopping, cash dispensers and petrol sales and at Maurs each Thursday there is perhaps one of the best local markets in the region.

The towns of Figeac, Aurillac and St. Céré provide a full range of shops and there are excellent restaurants in the area to be enjoyed.

Fishing and canoeing are available locally on the Rivers Lot and Dordogne.

There is also lake fishing on the well-stocked Lac du Tolerme.

Other activities in the area include: cycling, walking, karting, golf, tennis and horse riding.

There are many prehistoric caves and historic villages to visit.
