Notre Maison has the comfort of gas central heating and double-glazing for winter lets. Fully equipped country style kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and a large pine table. The adjacent utility room contains a washing machine and separate downstairs toilet. The main lounge has a granite fireplace with wood burner, comfortable sofas and chairs, digital satellite TV providing BBC1, 2, and free to view channels and a music centre. First Floor Large master bedroom with an ensuite shower room with washbasins and toilet. Bedroom with double bed. Twin bedroom. There is also another shower room with washbasins and toilet. Second Floor This floor is split into two parts. One area has a large lounge which has a leather suite and football table. The other part has a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Outside is ample parking for 3 cars on the gravel drive. |

Electric central heating and a look-a-like wood burning stove, together with double glazing are provided for winter lettings. Entry into the Grange is through French windows into a large Breton style room which includes a fully fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, a fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen leads to the dinning area and then on to the lounge. The lounge area has comfortable settees, satellite TV and a music centre. A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, containing a washing machine leads off the main room. An open wooden staircase leads from the dining area to a balcony and mezzanine above the kitchen.
Double bedroom with ensuite facilities. Bedroom with two single beds. A further family bathroom is next to this bedroom and is reached from the balcony.

Outside The garden surrounding the cottages extends to over half an acre and is mainly lawn.
The gites are situated in the centre of Moustoir Remungol, a small quiet village set in the heart of rural Brittany. The village has its own shop which also acts as the post office and supplier of daily bread. There is also the bar in the village. The riverside town of Pontivy can be reached in 10 minutes. It has a good selection of traditional shops, restaurants and bars, two large supermarkets, a hospital and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. St Nicholas des Eaux, the local beauty spot, is a 15 minute drive away. Situated on the River Blavet it offers a range of activities including a river cruise, pedalo and canoe hire, fishing, cycling and riverside walks along the scenic towpath. Josselin is a charming medieval town with a beautiful 14th Century chateaux and gardens with informative guided tours. The attractive town square is full of pavement cafés and restaurants. Vannes is a superb medieval town and port steeped in history, with narrow cobbled streets, ancient buildings, a cathedral, castle walls and lots of interesting 'good quality' shops and restaurants. The beaches at Carnac and the Gulf of Morbihan are only a 30 - 40 minute drive. Carnac is famous for its standing stones and dolmens. Auray, designated a town of 'art and history', is a busy market town and tourist centre with many art and antique shops. Golf - the local course is Rimaison near Bieuzy-Les-Eaux, a 20 minute drive away. A 9 hole, par 35 course with panoramic views over the River Blavet. Other local courses include Baden - an undulating course through pine woods and around lakes, Saint-Laurent - a high quality championship course, Val Quéven - one of the best in western France, Ploemeur-Ocean a seaside links course and Golf du Lac - situated alongside the biggest natural lake in Brittany. Rambling is a very popular in Brittany with 2500 km of marked pathways to explore. The Nantes to Brest canal runs through Pontivy joining the Rivers Blavet and Oust at various places. Distances and approximate travelling times from the ferry ports are: Caen 192 miles - 3 hours, St Malo 90 miles - 2 hours, Roscoff 95 miles - 2 hours, Calais 330 miles - 6 hours, Cherbourgh 205 miles - 4 hours and Le Havre 246 miles - 4 hours. |

Prices include water, gas and electricity from May 29th to October 2nd. During the low season there is a charge for heating of Standard English pillows and duvets are included. A cot, stair gate and baby’s high chair are available if required. The properties will be clean on your arrival and should be left in the same state.
