Pendower

Pendower is ideal for families as the property has two bathrooms and two lounge areas so plenty of space if you have teenagers in your party.

Fully fitted modern kitchen with gas cooker, washing machine, full size fridge freezer and microwave.

Dining area with dining table and chairs, wood burner and sofa / comfortable armchair.

Downstairs bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC.

Stairs to mid-floor lounge with sofa, colour TV and video / CD / DVD players. Satellite TV.

Double bedroom with ensuite shower room with WC and wash basin.

On the next floor is a further bedroom with three single beds.

Large private sunny garden and patio area.

Outside

Kergudon is situated in an acre of south facing sunny gardens.

Each of four properties has a large sunny garden, patio area and private parking along with high quality garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers.

Swing ball and badminton equipment are available as well as a games room for the children.

The  two largest properties each have a small splash pool during the summer months for the children.

Free use of our mountain bikes will also help you to explore the local area and our kayaks can be used on the nearby lake.

Local area

Kergudon occupies a tranquil setting surrounded by forests and woodland walks and yet is only a short drive from stunning beaches and picturesque French villages.

A short distance away is Lake Drennec, a popular spot with locals due to the two sandy beaches and safe bathing.

A heated swimming pool is also open in the summer months at Sizun, just 5 miles away.

A state of the art indoor and outdoor swimming complex with flume is at Landerneau, a 20 minute drive.

An animal park with wolves is situated 5 minutes away.

Detailed cycle routes are available with easy to follow instructions and maps.

The Nantes–Brest canal is 20 minutes to the south and offers miles of flat lovely countryside.

Short breaks are available October to April (except Christmas) and are available in any of our properties on a night by night basis. Continental breakfast can be included if required. Contact us for details of prices and availability.

Bed & Breakfast
The Nare and Nook properties can be rented on a nightly basis for B&B (excluding summer school holidays) – we are ideally situated 45 mins south of Roscoff port. Just 50 euros per couple, per night including continental breakfast.
