	A well appointed gite in the heart of the Breton countryside with good local facilities. You can be sure a warm welcome awaits you at La Basse Milliere at Saint Andre des Eaux. The gite has been recently restored and combines rustic charm and modern comfort.

Accommodation

The kitchen area is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas rings and fridge freezer.

The dining area has a large table, benches and chairs.

In the sitting area there is wood burning stove, colour TV, DVD player, sofa, armchairs and table.

First floor

One double bedroom with shower.

Two smaller bedrooms each on two levels (one double bed in one and two single beds in the other one).

Bathroom with a full size bath and separate toilet.

The second floor has a mezzanine with four single beds.

South facing property surrounded by its own gardens.

Local area

The house is located one mile from the canal d'Ille et Rance and the tow path is well kept and practicable all the way to Dinan. For rambling, wandering, cycling, horse riding, you could also use the converted old railway line.

The gite is 1km from the leisure lake of Betineuc where you can fish, swim or hire pedalos, canoes and kayaks.

The city of Dinan, overlooking the River Rance, has preserved its rich heritage of art and history with its medieval castles, half timbered house, cobble streets and churches.

Cap Frehel is one of the most impressive sites in Brittany with 70 metre cliffs and vast moorlands home to many rare species of seabirds.

The Emerald coast which extends from Cap Ferhel to Cancale has beautiful sandy beaches and many seaside resorts.
