The conservatory runs along the back of the house and is furnished with table, chairs and cane furniture.

Les Andrieux is set in 2 acres of ground consisting of a variety of mature trees and an orchard.

The swimming pool (12m x 5m) has a veranda all the way around so you can still find shade if the sun is too much.

There is also a built in barbecue, toilet and shower facility.

Local area

Les Andrieux is situated in the small bastide of Eymet in the Dordogne and is 25km from Bergerac Airport which is well serviced with flights from both Ryan Air and Fly Be and car hire is also available.

Eymet is very picturesque with many buildings in the square dating back to the 1200’s. There are several bars and restaurants surrounding the square where you can relax having a drink or two or a meal and watch the world go by. There is also a choice of 2 local supermarkets where you can stock up on your food and wine.

Throughout the year Eymet has the “Local Farmers Market” every Thursday morning where local produce is sold and during the months of July and August they also hold “The Night Market”.

Eymet town can be reached by car within a couple of minutes or a leisurely walk is roughly 30 minutes in which you can take in the picturesque surroundings and walk along the river, Le Dropt, which we have been told is stocked with black bream for the enthusiastic angler.
