The Old Presbytery is a nine-room house in a village near Ribérac, in west-Dordogne and close to the Charente department. It has a large south-facing garden with a 10m x 5m swimming-pool.

Seven bedrooms - three with double beds.

Three bathrooms and a separate toilet on each of the three floors.

The house easily sleeps thirteen but can accommodate visitors as well.

Outside

There is a large south-facing garden with a 10m x 5m swimming-pool safe behind a wooden fence.

The garden has lots of shaded or sunny areas to have meals, sunbathe or play.

Local area

In the village you will find a boulangerie, two tennis courts, and an old mill that houses a mill-museum where flour can be bought.

The village has a Romanesque church with Renaissance paintings.

Canoeing and fishing are available locally on the River Dronne.
